We want you to be happy with SpellKey. If it does not work for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You do not need a detailed reason — just contact us or Paddle within the window.
2How to request a refund
Email support@spellkey.app with your Paddle order number (from your receipt email), or request the refund directly through the link in your Paddle receipt. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
3Things to note
- SpellKey is a one-time digital purchase. Once the refund window has passed, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law (see below).
- We may decline refund requests that are abusive, fraudulent, or part of a pattern of repeated purchase-and-refund.
- If a future version is sold as a separate upgrade, each purchase has its own refund window from its own purchase date.
4Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. Wherever you live, you keep the non-excludable consumer rights of your country of residence (for example, remedies if the App has a major fault), and those rights apply regardless of this policy.
